- He is also serving as Sr.Consultant at Diabetes & Medicine, Jehangir Hospital
- Dr. Agrawal is also the Hon.Secretary in Governing Council of National RSSDI
- He has also been an author of the book "Clinical Atlas in Diabetes"
- He is an Associate Editor of International Journal of Diabetes for Developing countries (IJDDC)
- He has completed his fellowship from American College of Endriconology and also in American College of Physicians
- He has been a Chief Editor of RSSDI's Insulin Monograph
