Why is a verification needed on M3 India?
Verification is needed to ensure that the profile on the website is created by a practicing doctor in India. We do not allow impersonation or more than one profiles for a doctor. All our members must disclose accurate details while registration (as per our Terms & conditions), as that is necessary to keep the credibility of the website and limit it exclusively to doctors.

Why am I not able to login to M3 India?
Please check if you have a stable internet connection while logging into the website. If yes, then make sure you are logging in with the same mobile number and email ID that is registered with us. If you do not remember the mobile number or email ID, you can message us at the ‘Contact Us’ section and we will call you to provide assistance.

M3 India is exclusively for Indian doctors and you will require an Indian mobile number to register on the website.

Why am I not getting OTP on my number?
Please check if you have a stable internet connection and mobile network while logging into the website. If yes, then make sure you are logging in with the same mobile number that is registered with us. If you do not remember the mobile number or if you are not using the mobile number anymore, you can message us at the ‘Contact Us’ section and we will call you to provide assistance

How to unsubscribe from Newsletters/emails?
Every email sent has an ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom. You can click there to unsubscribe yourself from our emails OR check your newsletters preference in the profile section and make the required changes.

How to update my phone number on M3 India?
If you want to update your new mobile number in your profile, you can login using your old mobile number. Look for the three horizontal bar (≡), click on it. Click on the last option ‘Account setting’ ->‘Account’ -> ‘Edit’ ->‘Change’ option in Mobile number Update new mobile number Enter OTP. Your mobile number is updated.

How to login if my old phone number is no longer working?
If you are not able to receive OTP on your old phone number and want to update a new phone number, kindly message us at the ‘Contact Us’ section with your new phone number an we will call you to verify and update your phone number.

How to read articles on M3 India when I'm not in India?
If you are already a registered member of M3 India, you can login using email OTP. Just click on “didn’t receive OTP” and then select email OTP to login. You will be able to read articles but there will be some features that requires to use your registered mobile number.

I am not from India, can I still register with M3 India?
No. M3 India is exclusively for Indian doctors and only they can register on the website.
