Government hospital doctor caught working in private hospital during duty hours

A doctor employed with a government mental hospital in Bareilly was caught on October 17 practising unofficially at a private hospital during his duty hours.
He was caught by a team led by the ACMO (Additional Chief Medical Officer), Dr. Ranjan Gautam after they received several complaints about the doctor in the past three months. The report has been sent to the CMO (Chief Medical Officer). The doctor is yet to present his statement to the CMO.
