Bihar doctors call off strike after 3 days
Times of India Nov 26, 2018
Doctors in Bihar have called off their strike after three days during which they were protesting against the introduction of the new video conferencing attendance system at the hospital, stating it was an arbitrary move by the DM and the manhandling of three doctors by the DM's security personnel.
Out-patient services have resumed now and things have returned to normal. A joint delegation of IMA, Bhojpur chapter and Bihar state health services met with the DM at his office. The delegation has assured that no action would be taken against doctors.
