Times of India Nov 07, 2018
The health department has sent a list of 49 doctors to the Rajasthan Medical Council, requesting to cancel their registrations after they have been absconding from government duties for the last three years.
The health department mentioned that the decision has been taken after the doctors failed to report back to duty despite sending repeated reminders. The doctors mentioned in the list are MBBS graduates who were selected for PG courses under government quota, for which they had to sign a bond to serves for at least 5 years in a government hospital, but none of the doctors have turned up after completing their PG.
