Cramer H, et al. - Researchers here aimed to systematically review and meta-analyze the effectiveness of yoga for menopausal symptoms. Findings suggested the safety and efficacy of yoga for reducing menopausal symptoms. Yoga seemed to have potential for ameliorating psychological, somatic, vasomotor, and urogenital menopausal symptoms and appeared not to be associated with serious adverse events.
