Satirapoj b, et al. – Objective of this study was to reveal the role of urine neutrophil gelatinase–associated lipocalin (NGAL) in predicting renal response after induction therapy in active lupus nephritis. As compared to conventional markers, urine NGAL at baseline performed better in predicting a clinical response to treatment of active LN except serum complement C3 level.
