Nawata K, et al. - Herein, the transitional changes in the incidence of glucocorticoid-associated osteonecrosis in SLE cases were assessed, with a focus on immunosuppressive agent and glucocorticoid use. Experts noted that in SLE, the incidence of glucocorticoid-associated osteonecrosispatients decreased in relation to the decrease in glucocorticoid administration following the introduction of immunosuppressant agents.
