Widhalm K, et al. - Researchers evaluated the health and nutritional status and in addition the nutrition habits of a representative sample of 141 Viennese pupils aged 11-14 years and to affect the lifestyle and nutrition habits of the subjects by intervention with nutritional training and sports programs to prevent obesity. Based on dietary training and exercise, an age-adjusted lifestyle intervention could improve the nutritional knowledge and eating habits of school children.
