Li YH, et al. - S100A8 and ASAH1 were appraised as predictors of the chemotherapy response for breast cancer patients. For predicting the chemotherapy response in breast cancers, S100A8 was shown to be valuable. Additionally, a significant association of ASAH1 expression with lymph nodes metastasis was noted. Thus, ASAH1 may serve as a biomarker to predict patients’ lymph nodes status in breast cancers.
