Foley CC, et al. - The incidence of lymphopenia was determined, in patients taking fumaric acid esters (FAEs). This research also examined the effect of recent recommendations for the practice. Prominent resource implications could be yielded via the implementation of these recommendations. These also exhibited the tendency of influencing the acceptability of FAEs to patients. Cessation of FAEs gave rise to the need for alternative therapy, commonly biologic therapy.
