Chen R, et al. – The researchers intended to examine the validity of Chinese version of the Severe Respiratory Insufficiency (SRI) for patients with chronic hypercapnic chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) receiving non–invasive positive pressure ventilation (NIPPV). They approved that the Chinese version of the SRI questionnaire was a valid and reliable tool for these patients.
