The adult male rape victim: Forensic description of a series of 57 cases

Casali MB, et al. – This paper entailed the examination of adult male victims of sexual violence. It was observed that nearly 50% of cases tested positive in drug tests, above all for psychoactive substances. There was no definite forensic diagnosis with regard to the confirmation of rape, based on type and topography of injuries.
