Kocova M, et al. - Based on annual ultrasound examinations of testes, researchers inspected testicular adrenal rest tumors (TARTs) in young boys presenting with congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH). The association between metabolic control and genetic mutations was determined. TART was not rare in young boys with CAH, regardless of the specific mutation or metabolic control.
