Rahmatnejad K, et al. - The goal of this paper was to assess the efficacy and safety of gonioscopy-assisted transluminal trabeculotomy (GATT) in patients with open-angle glaucoma. It was determined that GATT as a minimally invasive glaucoma surgery in adults appeared to be promising. This was attributed to its low rate of long-term complications and the conjunctiva-sparing nature of the surgery.
