Graff SK, et al. - The clinicians aimed to explore whether saturated fatty acid (SFA) intake was related to heart rate variability (HRV) in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). They found an association between lower SFA intake and improved cardiovascular autonomic function in PCOS.
