Huber R, et al. - The intent here was to substantiate the safety of intravenously applied mistletoe extract in patients with advanced cancer. It was noted that weekly infusions of 2000 mg of the pine-mistletoe extract were tolerated. It could be used in prospective trials. However, a risk was reported for allergic reactions and fever.
