British Journal of Ophthalmology Aug 31, 2017
Lee MH, et al. – The goal of the study described in this paper was to evaluate the incidence, risk factors, presentation and final visual outcome of patients with Acanthamoebakeratitis (AK) treated at the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital (RVEEH), Melbourne, Australia, more than an 18–year period. It was concluded that AK was an uncommon cause of severe keratitis and was related commonly with contact lens (CL).
