Wang H, et al. - Researchers designed this study to assess the link between RAS association domain family protein 1A (RASSF1A) promoter methylation and the clinical features, and the survival of ovarian cancer patients. As per findings, the use of RASSF1A promoter methylation could distinguish ovarian cancer and low malignant potential (LMP) tumors. They observed no correlation of RASSF1A promoter methylation with the clinical features and the survival of ovarian cancer patients.
