Refractive changes after lens-sparing vitrectomy for macular hole and epiretinal membrane

Muto T, et al. – This trial dealt with the inspection of the refractive values after lens–sparing vitrectomy for macular hole (MH) and epiretinal membrane (ERM). A higher rate of myopia progression was found in the MH group. It was noted that the fluid–air exchange and gender could impact the rate of myopia progression.
