Recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis
Annals of Epidemiology Aug 30, 2017
Blostein F, et al. – An inspection was pursued of the recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis (RVVC). It was inferred that the estimated probability of vulvovaginal candidiasis (VVC) by age 50 differed broadly by country (from 23to 49%, mean 39%). The estimated probability of RVVC following VVC (from 14 to 28%, mean 23%) also varied. Nonetheless, the probability of RVVC appeared to be high, which indicated that RVVC was a common condition.
