Arnold R, et al. - Researchers want to figure out whether the dietary restriction of potassium intake may be a neuroprotective factor in chronic kidney disease (CKD). In this study, dietary potassium restriction appears to confer neuroprotection in CKD. They encourage to confirm this result in a larger multicenter trial.
