Kilian C, et al. - The radiographic and clinical outcomes of the pegged glenoid component were compared with the outcomes of the keeled glenoid component at minimum 5-year follow-up. Results demonstrated that at an average 7.9-year follow-up, all-polyethylene pegged glenoid implants were equivalent to keeled implants in terms of radiolucency, clinical outcomes, and need for revision surgery.
