JAMA Jan 12, 2019
Xue Y, et al. - Researchers assessed temporal trends in the distribution of primary care nurse practitioners (NPs) in low-income and rural areas vs distribution of primary care physicians (PCPs). They identified NPs as the largest and fastest growing group of non-physician primary care clinicians.
