Gabryelska A, et al. - The goal of this investigation was to elucidate the prevalence of obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA) in rapid eye movement behaviour disorder (RBD) patients. Additionally, the therapeutic benefit of continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) therapy in patients with concomitant RBD and OSA. Findings revealed that co-morbid OSA was very common in RBD patients and CPAP therapy added to standard RBD treatment might afford further improvement in self-reported RBD symptoms.
