Mohammadi F, et al. – Experts aimed to detect the pregnancy outcomes and impact of pregnancy on graft function in women after kidney transplantation. They observed that KT pregnancies remained at high risk of obstetric complications, particularly pre–eclampsia. In order to predict the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes and deterioration in graft function during and after delivery, pre–pregnancy graft function appeared to be effective.
