Post-and-core restoration of severely damaged permanent posterior teeth in young adolescents

Tickotsky N, et al. – The survival rates of postendodontic severely decayed posterior permanent teeth in young adolescents were evaluated in this retrospective study. The findings suggested that clinicians should consider post–and–core restorations an alternative to extractions of endodontically treated severely damaged teeth in adolescents.
