Liu QF, et al. - The target of this study was to analyze the prognostic relevance of four functional single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in CD133 (rs2240688A>C, rs10022537T>A, rs7686732C>G, and rs3130C>T) on overall survival (OS) of non–small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients. This prominent correlation was affirmed during this study. Validation of the role and mechanisms of CD133 in NSCLC necessitated advanced research.
