Lee MP, et al. – This review highlighted the trends in use of systemic disease–modifying antirheumatic drugs (DMARD) among patients with psoriatic arthritis (PsA) in the United States. Collected data represented that over 40% of patients with PsA were treated with a bDMARD. Over the past decade, an increasing trend in treatment modification after the initial DMARD use and a decreasing trend in complete DMARD discontinuation was observed.
