Averseng-Peaureaux D, et al. - This study focused on determining the prognostic factors linked with poor visual recovery and chronic relapsing diseases, for instance, multiple sclerosis (MS), in children with optic neuritis (ON) at onset. A correlation was disclosed between age ≥10, optic disc pallor and MS with poor recovery. Better identification of such patients could assist in adapting to the treatment and resulted in a prospective treatment study.
