Between 1998 and 2017, thirty-eight articles published were included. They enrolled three thousand seventy-nine patients in this investigation. According to the findings obtained, rectosigmoid resection is a feasible and safe technique to treat endometriosis regardless of the large and extremely various number of associated procedures.
