Gottschalk I, et al. - The outcome of 12 fetuses with bronchopulmonary sequestration (BPS) and massive pleural effusion after intrafetal vascular laser ablation (VLA) are evaluated in this study. The outcome suggests that VLA is a successful and safe treatment of BPS that seems to be of benefit in improving prognosis and reducing the requirement for postnatal sequestrectomy.
