A significant finding was the decreased flow rate of surface microvasculature (SMV) of choroidal melanoma cases as compared to the nevi. Detection of characteristic vascular features of choroidal melanoma by OCTA could make OCTA an assuring diagnostic modality to differentiate malignant lesions.
