Ocular complications following treatment in the postnatal growth and retinopathy of prematurity (G-ROP) study

Morrison D, et al. - The prevalence of treatment-related ocular complications and disease progression after treatment for retinopathy of prematurity (ROP) was determined herein. Results demonstrated very low complications rates after ROP treatment with either laser or intravitreal bevacizumab (IVB). Despite treatment, 9% of the laser treated eyes experienced disease progression.
