Moffatt C, et al. - The intentional and unintentional non-adherence to the treatment of chronic wounds were comprehensively assessed, from patient/carer and health care professional standpoint. Variation was noted in the link between patients and health care professionals, with regard to the character between the groups. It was suggested that the discrepancies between professional and patient perspectives ought to be reconciled and addressed to improve adherence to therapeutic regimes.
