Kang H, et al. - Authors compared the clinical outcomes of the double-bundle medial patellofemoral ligament (MPFL) reconstruction with different patellar fixation techniques including Kujala score, functional failure, and complications. Findings suggested the efficacy of patellar fixation with bone tunnel, suture anchor or suture techniques in the double-bundle MPFL reconstruction. Results could not demonstrate a better performance of one technique over the others.
