Erin C-E, et al. - Researchers examine the efficacy of cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) in older adults with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and insomnia. CBT-I was found to be a nonpharmacological intervention that had the potential to cognitively benefit individuals with MCI suffering from comorbid insomnia.
