Natural course and characteristics of cutaneous neurofibromas in neurofibromatosis 1

The Journal of Dermatology Sep 14, 2017

Ehara Y, et al. - This trial strived to clarify the natural course and characteristics of cutaneous neurofibromas. Around 61% of the patients reported raised cutaneous neurofibromas, 1 year later. The yielded data would assist the physicians to determine the overall state of cutaneous neurofibromas in neurofibromatosis 1 (NF1). These would be beneficial for handling cutaneous manifestations before turning into a serious condition.
