Ren J, et al. - In this meta-analysis, the specialists explored the diagnostic value of antibody against peptidylarginine deiminase [anti-(PAD) 4 antibody] for the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). In investigations, anti-PAD4 antibody detected by ELISA displayed a high value in the diagnosis of RA with high specificity, however, it had relatively low sensitivity.
