Sondermann W, et al. - This research was formulated in order to inspect the impact of fumaric acid esters (FAEs) on white blood cells, particularly targeting the leukocytes, lymphocytes, and CD4+ and CD8+ cells during psoriasis therapy. The authors recommended periodic monitoring of absolute lymphocyte counts, along with the establishment of the determination of T-cell subsets, prior to and during therapy.
