Momose M, et al. - The long-term efficacy and safety of secukinumab were comprehensively investigated in this research for 52 weeks in Japanese psoriatic patients. A sustained clinical response was illustrated by secukinumab. It also displayed an acceptable safety profile through week 52 in the study cohort.
