Ibarra–Sifuentes HR, et al. – In a randomized, placebo–controlled quadruple–blinded trial, experts explored the levocarnitine efficiency on intradialytic hypotension prevention. The levocarnitine supplementation before each hemodialysis session efficiently diminished the intradialytic hypotension episodes. Based on the results, they recommended to consider and explore this new application method.
