Liu S, et al. – The purpose of this study was to elucidate a new surgical method that excised the keloid mass and resurfaced the wound by saving the keloid skin as a skin flap, during facial keloid therapy. It was reported that this technique was an efficacious and esthetically satisfactory surgical method for managing facial keloids, by preserving the keloid skin as a skin flap.
