Cavoretto P, et al. - Researchers aimed at determining the risk of spontaneous preterm birth (SPTB) in singleton pregnancies resulting from in-vitro fertilization (IVF) as compared to spontaneous conception. They recognized significantly greater risk of SPTB in singleton pregnancies resulting from IVF/ICSI in comparison to spontaneous conception (GRADE of evidence: SPTB<37 weeks: low; SPTB<34 weeks: very low).
