Is obstructive sleep apnea associated with progressive glaucomatous optic neuropathy?

Swaminathan SS, et al. - Researchers explored the tie-up between obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) and glaucoma progression. Additionally, they analyzed the association between OSAS severity and rate of visual field (VF) loss. Findings did not reveal a connection between OSAS and glaucomatous progression. OSAS severity and rate of VF loss did not exhibit any link.
