Intravitreal aflibercept for choroidal neovascularization associated with chorioretinitis: A pilot study

Korol AR, et al. – The possible advantages of intravitreal aflibercept injections were examined for the treatment of choroidal neovascularization (CNV) secondary to chorioretinitis. It was inferred that intravitreal aflibercept had a positive clinical effect. It appeared to be well tolerated for the treatment of CNV linked with chorioretinitis. These data could aid in selecting the CNV treatment, secondary to chorioretinitis.
