Interpregnancy interval and singleton pregnancy outcomes after frozen embryo transfer
Fertility and Sterility Apr 10, 2019
Quinn MM, et al. - Researchers sought to describe how interpregnancy interval (IPI) is related to perinatal outcomes in singleton live births after frozen embryo transfer (FET) via performing retrospective analysis of the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology Clinical Outcome Reporting System cohort that comprises of 19,270 singleton live births from FET subsequent to a live birth. Findings revealed increased odds for preterm delivery in correlation to an interval from delivery to start of an FET cycle of <12 months among singleton live births in this nationally representative population. In line with data for patients undergoing fresh IVF, this study supports delaying FET 12 months from a live birth.
