Intake of proton pump inhibitors is associated with an increased risk of dental implant failure

Chrcanovic BR, et al. - The authors wished to clarify the link between the intake of proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) and the risk of dental implant failure. This retrospective cohort study suggested that the intake of PPIs could be correlated with an increased risk of dental implant failure.
