Subiabre M, et al. - The current study was expected to explore whether maternal insulin therapy reverses foetoplacental endothelial dysfunction in gestational diabetes mellitus {GDM)} subjected to diet (GDMd). The results showed that insulin therapy was not enough to restore GDM-associated human foetoplacental endothelial dysfunction.
