Yang HY, et al. - This retrospective cohort study was performed to ascertain the risk of overall fracture and fractures at different anatomic sites in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Compared to the non-PCOS group, the PCOS group had a higher occurrence rate of fractures. These outcomes presented evidence for the adverse effects of PCOS on the risk of fractures.
